Workshop: How to implement Agile and work efficiently
Agile and SCRUM Workshop for Marketers and Businesses.
We’re very excited to share this post! A lot of agencies, businesses, and partners we know operate off of a to-do oriented task list for their business. As a result, they feel they get little done and always have more to-do. This is an evolution, project management techniques that are used by some of the worlds largest companies including:
Toyota
Sony
Ticketmaster
and many more!
What is agile?
Agile is a time boxed, iterative approach to delivery that builds incrementally from the start of the project, instead of trying to deliver it all at once near the end.
How could agile support my business?
It’s a reframing of how to look at product / service delivery. Instead of going from the traditional Requirements > Analysis > Design > Build > Test route for delivery (a long and extensive process) we pull out MVP’s (Minimum Viable Products) along the way. Giving the simplest version of the product or service first — instead of waiting until the end to see the value of your process. You get value every step of the way. It allows your team to celebrate the small wins and maximize your resources throughout your campaign or development cycle.
Think of it like a wedding cake, instead of eating it layer by layer, we slice it into pieces of every layer. By the end, way may not even need the full extent of every layer. It saves time and money and maximizes efficiency.

In Conclusion:
Now you have a few things you can implement right away to fire up your team. So, don’t stop here. Fire up your team and get it going. It doesn’t matter if you’re a social media expert or a CEO your process is especially relevant to your team and performance overall. As a result, you will see improved performance within your organization.
